With more than 20 years experience in senior operational and financial roles, David has managed a range of projects and businesses, including overseeing many large foos production and consumer goods companies. He has managed P&Ls as large as $200 million, managed hundreds of employees, negotiated and closed a range of acquisitions and developed and implemented wining strategies in different businesses.

Over the course of his career he has negotiated many transactions, including acquisition and disposition of various assets.

Omar Melo

Managing Partner

Omar has over seven years of buy and sell side institutional investment research and analysis experience. Omar was Senior Vice President, Equity Research for Banc of America Securities and prior to that he was Analyst, Equity Research, with Soros Funds in Hong Kong, and on the institutional derivitives desk with Merrill Lynch. He was also co-Founder and CFO of EquityLock Financial where he was the financial engineer of the first of its kind residential real estate hedge for homeowners nationwide.

Omar also has over 20 years of operational and finance experience including investment analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, project finance, renewable energy, and energy efficiency.

Omar has a B.S in Accounting and Juris Doctor, both from Brigham Young University.
